All life starts and stops at the cellular level. When you start a program, we evaluate you for mineral, vitamin, and essential fatty acid levels. There are numerous tests we run to cover all our basis in your health program such as:
1. Body Fat/BMI (Included in your initial evaluation)
A bioelectrical impedance machine is used to calculate your Body Mass Index. It determines your Body Mass Index – the relationship between your weight and height – by sending an undetectable electrical current through your body. BMI provides a reliable indicator of your body fat for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems. The test also provides intra-cellular water capacity which determines the overall health of the cell and how well it communicates to your brain.
A person with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered to be at a healthy weight. A person with a BMI of 25-29.9 is considered to be overweight. A BMI over 30 is considered obese. A BMI of 40 or above indicates that a person is morbidly obese. This can increases a person’s risk of death from any cause by 50%-150%.
Females should be between 57%-60% intra-cellular water capacity. Males should be between 60%-65% intrac-cellular water capacity. If you are below these markings, you are in need of cellular regeneration.
2. Intra-Cellular Water Capacity Test: (Included in your initial evaluation)
When you were born your body was approximately 70-75% water. As you progress through life your water capacity inside the cell changes. As the inside of the cells become less hydrated you will find you experience conditions, symptoms, and diagnoses you were not genetically born with. Look at every cell like a grape. Ask yourself which type of grape is more appealing, hearty plump grape or a pruny grape that is lost it’s flavor? The more hearty and plump your cells are the more electrically active they are. The cells detox better, function better, metabolize better, and live a full life span before they are recycled or replaced. The more weak they are the less your brain and cells communicate, leading to injuries, bruising, lack of metabolism, and disease.
3. Ortho-Static Hypertension Test: (Included in your initial evaluation)
This is a functional blood pressure test that evaluates how your adrenal glands and kidneys are responding to the stress of gravity. This allows the doctor to correlate the test with the symptoms you are experiencing to narrow down the system of your body that is working below optimal.
4. Blood Type (Not included in your initial evaluation)
Your blood type will tell us which foods your body can break down and absorb best. It will also outline foods that are highly beneficial and healing to your body and foods that should be avoided because they are highly inflammatory. But most importantly, it will help me decide what supplements are best for your case.

5. Recommendations for further diagnostic testing or other services (not included in your initial evaluation)
Based on your clinical picture, we are recommending the following laboratory test(s) to provide necessary and valuable information:
- Urine pH (Not included in your initial evaluation)
- Candida Spit Test
- Functional Blood Chemistry Panel (Not included in your initial evaluation)
- Adrenal Stress Index – Saliva (Not included in your initial evaluation)
- Reproductive Hormones-Saliva (Not included in your initial evaluation)
- Food Allergies – Saliva/Blood (Not included in your initial evaluation)
- Parasite/Candida/Bacteria – Stool (Not included in your initial evaluation)
- Hair Analysis (Not included in your initial evaluation)
6. Toxicity Questionnaire
You scored a _____ on the Toxicity Questionnaire.
If your total score is above 40, you are a candidate for the Ultimate Detoxification Program.
We live a toxic world. We can eliminate toxins through breathing, urinating, bowel movements, and even sweating. Every day we eliminate what we do not need from our body, this is a natural detoxifying process – and is able to be done easily by a healthy body. But after years of exposure to the toxic world we live in, our bodies lose their ability to do this on its own and we become ill from the exposure to toxins such as pesticides, chemicals, dyes, preservative, air and water pollution, and car exhaust.
These are just a few of the toxins that we deal with on a daily basis. In our world today we are bombarded by these, and many times our body has difficulty removing them from our system on its’ own. Detoxification is the process of removing these toxins from our body, and is essential for a healthy life.
As we become infested with these toxins, our body suffers and we may begin to experience symptoms such as:
- Weight gain
- Join pain
- Hormonal imbalance
- Food cravings
- Difficulty sleeping
- Mental fatigue
- General fatigue
- Digestion issues
- Skin problems
- Brain fog
- Bad breath, etc.
