Why is milk protien so much of a problem?

Eighty percent of milk protein consist of casein, a tenacious glue. Casein is the glue that holds a label to a bottle of beer. Casein is the glue that holds your wood furniture together. Casein is foreign protein and your body reacts to its presence by creating an antibody which leads to the creation of histamines which leads to mucous production, phlegm all from the consumption of American’s top “health food.” Glue would explain why 8 out of 10 women are constipated. That is not having a bowel movement everyday a minimum of 1 but would be better served at 2 or 3 per day.
