Research doesn’t account for enough clinical findings from clinicians doing work in the field on patients. This is a problem because doctors get caught up in that if it is not documented it can’t be so. This gives doctors today of an illusion of knowledge which is really what I call not knowing what you don’t know. I see in practice everyday things that are obvious to me but mocked by doctors, and even nutritionists. At the end of the day I run a practice driven by results not by what all research supports.
