What Is A Good Eating Schedule?

  • Breakfast should always be the largest meal of the day and somewhere between 7-10am
  • You should have a snack (vegetables and healthy fat) mid morning 10-12am
  • Lunch should be your medium size meal of the day 12-3pm
  • You should also have a snack (vegetables and healthy fat) mid day 3-5pm
  • Dinner should be your smallest meal of the day 5-8pm
