Tips For A Good Night’s Sleep

Avoid before-bed time snacks, particularly grains and sugars.  Eat a light evening meal. Save the biggest meal for breakfast and medium size meal for lunch.  Sleep in complete darkness or as close as possible.  No TV or computer before bed.  Get to bed as early as possible.  Keep the temperature in the bedroom lower than daytime room temperature.  Lose Weight and take a hot shower or bath before bed.
