These little things are what I call the 4 deadly food additives. That is right what you are eating may be killing you (slowly of course.) These four deadly products are high fructose corn syrup, artificial sugars (aspartame, sucralose, saccharine,) Monosodium glutamate, which is found in many other ingredient names not called MSG, and partially hydrogenated oils, which is margarine, and processed fats that can congest your liver for up to 4-6 months if nothing is done to remove these things out of your body. I am a firm believer that if you eat make believe food the best you could can ever expect is make believe health.
