Tips for getting through Christmas and not putting on 10 lbs in one day.
- Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning
- Eat breakfast: Eggs, Sausage, Shake etc
- Drink a mid morning shake, healthy bar, piece of fruit, nut butters or a handful of nuts
