The Holidays…..Merry Christmas!!!!

Tips for getting through Christmas and not putting on 10 lbs in one day.

  1. Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning
  2. Eat breakfast: Eggs, Sausage, Shake etc
  3. Drink a mid morning shake, healthy bar, piece of fruit, nut butters or a handful of nuts
  4. Take Cataplex B from Standard Process.
  5. Eat lunch with your family and enjoy yourself but eat a normal serving of food. Overeating will only make you sleepy, bloated, and create sugar cravings.
    1. Eat proteins, fats, and healthy greens. Limit the amount of bread consumed. Bread is a filler and lacks nutrition for growth and development.
  6. Go for a walk after your big meal. This will increase blood flow and keep your metabolism burning throughout the day.

  7. Eat your pie, cake, cookies etc. The water soluble Bs in Cataplex B will help aid in the digestion of carbohydrates and sugar. This is helpful when you and I both know you will be eating this stuff. Yes I eat pies too, they are just gluten free, and dairy free. That change has been amazing for me and my family.
