Sugar, Sugar and More Sugar

If you struggle from obesity, diabetes, and heart disease think about the amount of sugar you consume daily. Sugar that the average American consumes comes from not only sugar but also comes from bread, rice, cereal, pasta, potatoes, and corn. These are starchy foods that convert into sugar when digested. When you add in the obvious sugars consumed like cookies, candies, cakes, ice cream, sodas and any obvious sugar the average American consumes about 300-400 lbs of sugar per person per year.
