Choose a restaurant that prepares most of their food from scratch. Find out what kinds of oils they use, avoid places that use vegetable oil, canola oil, or find out if they will prepare something in olive oil or butter as a special request. Find out if you are eating commercial chicken, farm raised fish, or red meat (steaks, hamburgers, etc). It is best to avoid these restaurants since commercially produced meats are loaded with hormones, pesticides, antibiotics and lovely chemical residues for preservation. Take extra digestive enzymes, and stomach support when eating out.
