How to Reintroduce Food

Take the item out (pork, dairy, corn, wheat, soy, sugar, etc.) for one week. After one week passes, add in one item from your list. You will consume this item three times in one day. After the one day of reintroducing the food item you will observe yourself for the next 48 hours. How is your digestion, mood, energy levels, sleep, etc. Is your body trying to tell you something?
