Eat organic when you can because it does contain less pesticides than other non organic food, but don’t let that keep you from eating fresh produce. You will get a lot of life giving nutrition to your cells for growth and repair. Frozen vegetables are the next best and never consume non organic vegetables out of a can. These have way to many preservatives and ruin any nutrition you may get from the food. Organic can soups, boxed soups and can tomatoes that are organic tend to work well.
