Digestive Stress

Many times patients have come in complaining of nausea, frequent vomiting, sever stomach cramps, heart burn, and indigestion. They are loaded down with stomach reducing drugs and are frustrated because they are seeing no results. That is because  they are not correcting the problem. For starters they must stop consuming gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, and beer), all processed boxed foods, and dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt, ice-cream, sour cream) for 15 days.
