Craving issues

We all crave those foods that we know are not good for us, salty, sweet, sour, spicy, etc….. There are a couple of things that can help reduce these cravings.

  1. Put cinnamon in your diet
  2. Put lemon in your water
  3. Add more healthy fats in your diet
